The Borough of Midland has released the Step 3 Management Review from its 2026 Strategic Management Planning Program (STMP). Prepared by Grass Root Solutions with support from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the review looks at General Government, Financial Management, the Police Department, Public Works, Parks, Grounds & Pool, Code Enforcement and Technology.
The report includes more than 80 recommendations for Borough Council and staff to consider as Midland builds its multi-year plan.
