Paying Your Taxes
Real estate tax information
Borough and school district real estate tax bills are mailed annually. Bills paid during the discount period receive a 2% discount; bills paid during the face period are due at face value; a penalty applies after the face period. Exact dates are printed on your tax bill.
Ways to pay
- In person during office hours at the Borough Building
- By mail to the Tax Collector, 936 Midland Avenue, Midland, PA 15059. Include the stub from your bill. For a receipt, enclose your entire bill and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Make borough tax checks payable to "Boro of Midland".

Moving or sold your property?
If you have sold your property or changed your mailing address, please notify the Beaver County Assessment Office and the Tax Collector so your bill reaches the correct owner.
