The Borough has released Steps 4 and 5 of its 2026 Strategic Management Planning Program (STMP), along with a Summary of Recommendations.
Step 4 – Multi-Year Plan Strategy identifies the Borough’s top five priority goals: a solid and self-sustaining revenue base; upgraded financial management and general government operations; technology upgrades in every department, including cybersecurity protection; enhanced code enforcement focused on blight and vacant property; and a capital improvement plan that includes paving management and facility improvements supported by funding strategies.
Step 5 – Multi-Year Implementation Strategy recommends an Implementation Manager and Implementation Committee to lead the work and provide quarterly progress updates to Borough Council.
